The Seeker's Agreement

1. Entrance into the Sanctuary

By accessing or using the ArcanePend website ("the Sanctuary"), you agree to be bound by this Seeker's Agreement. These terms are established to ensure a respectful and safe environment for all who seek digital divination. If you do not agree to these terms, you should depart from the Sanctuary immediately.

ArcanePend provides virtual pendulum tools for entertainment and spiritual reflection only. You acknowledge that:

• The results provided by our tools are generated through a combination of algorithmic randomization and digital physics simulation.

• The Sanctuary and its creators are not responsible for any actions you take based on your interpretation of the oracle's responses.

3. Seeker Conduct

As a seeker within our Sanctuary, you agree to use the tools with sincerity and respect. You are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the digital pendulums for malicious purposes. The tools are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Intellectual Property of the Arcane

All design elements, code, custom artwork, and textual content within ArcanePend are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform. While we encourage the sharing of your spiritual experiences, the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the Sanctuary's assets is strictly prohibited.
